01 / Capabilities

Material choices.
Construction discipline.

Three structural scopes, with clear responsibilities and an evidence-led approach to method selection.

01 / Demonstrated scope

Concrete & RCC works

SEED’s capability records identify reinforced-concrete superstructures, industrial foundations, floor slabs and masonry envelopes within its industrial and aviation work.

Scope to define

  • Site preparation, excavation and foundation interfaces
  • Reinforcement, formwork and concrete-placement sequence
  • Structural concrete and industrial floor construction
  • Embedded items, openings and interfaces with services

Concrete grades, reinforcement, tolerances, testing and acceptance criteria are set by the project design and specifications.

02 / Demonstrated scope

Steel construction

Industrial frames, hangar construction and infrastructure steel works form the strongest recorded delivery base. SEED coordinates the structure with its foundations, envelope and building services.

Scope to define

  • Frame geometry and connection interfaces
  • Shop drawings and fabrication responsibilities
  • Transport, lifting access and erection sequence
  • Envelope, protective finishes and inspection requirements

Fabrication, specialist systems and supplier packages are assigned project by project. No universal in-house manufacturing claim is made.

03 / Proposal-stage evidence

Composite construction

Steel frames with concrete floor or deck systems can bring structural disciplines into a combined assembly. SEED’s records include extension proposals, quantities and steel-and-deck scope development.

Decisions to resolve together

  • Floor use, design loads and vibration requirements
  • Frame, deck and concrete interface responsibilities
  • Connection details, temporary works and pour sequence
  • Fire protection, durability and services openings

These proposal records establish planning experience, not a completed composite-building reference. The responsible structural engineer determines the final system.

Modern construction methods

Choose the method.
Then prove the fit.

Documented workflow

Model-led coordination

Structural and services models support interface review, drawing coordination and construction planning. The model’s issue status and the responsible engineer govern its use.

Recorded delivery

Prefabricated steel

Fabrication and erection scope is recorded on the Multan Metro Bus project. Off-site preparation and site assembly need an agreed drawing and inspection sequence.

Development programme

Space-frame systems

LATTIX is SEED’s specialist space-frame programme. Engineering and supplier development are distinct from Works’ completed-project references. Availability and project fit require confirmation.

Connected specialists. Defined ownership.

Works owns this construction narrative. SEED Design supports engineering coordination; SEED Systems covers building services. SEED Materials and its CLADRA subbrand cover their own material and façade offers. Product ownership does not transfer to Works.
